For Saturday or Sunday events, the Box Office will be open from 10:00 a.m. until close. For Saturday or Sunday on-sales, the Box Office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For Saturday or Sunday Noon on-sales, the Box Office will open from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00pm. For early event showtimes, the Box Office will open 1 ½ before the event.
Children 24 months or older need a ticket to events. (Age limit may be 12 months or older for some family shows.)
1) We accept cash (no bills over $20 accepted), Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for ticket sales. 2) Absolutely no camping out in the parking lot. 3) No one is allowed on the property prior to 7:00 AM. You should plan to arrive no more than one hour in advance of the event on-sale time. 4) We reserve the right to refuse ticket service to anyone who does not abide by the above ticket policy. 5) A Random Number Distribution (RND) procedure will be used to determine line order if two or more customers are present to purchase tickets at the time the event goes on sale. |
