The Coliseum Complex is jointly owned by the City of Oakland and Alameda County and managed by AEG. AEG, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Anschutz Company, is the leading sports, entertainment and venue operator in the world. AEG Facilities, a stand-alone affiliate of AEG, owns, operates or consults with more than 100 of the industry’s preeminent venues worldwide, across five continents, providing complete venue management, as well as specialized programs in operations, guest services, ticketing, booking, sales and marketing.
Beverages and/or food of any kind may not be brought into Ring Central Coliseum. Alcoholic beverages are available at concession stands, beverage carts and clubs throughout the Coliseum. A valid government issued photo ID is required to purchase alcohol.
The only animals permitted at the Coliseum are certified service animals. Owners must have appropriate certification in their possession. Service animals in training will not be permitted to enter Oracle Arena and Ring Central Coliseum unless they are authorized in advance by AEG.

Inside coliseum gates B, C & D
Bag check is available at most events and is usually located at the North and South entrances of Oracle Arena for Coliseum events. There is a $10 fee per each checked bag. We accept cash and credit cards. Bag Check service will close 30 minutes after each game or event. Any items not claimed will be sent to Lost & Found for a maximum of 30 days. RingCentral Coliseum and its agents are not liable for any damage to items left at Bag Check. Bag Check will not accept items of unusual value or those exceeding $100.
FOR ALL NON-RAIDER & NON-ATHLETICS COLISEUM EVENTS
Bags larger than 14"X14"X6" and backpacks of any size are not allowed inside Oakland Coliseum.
OAKLAND ATHLETICS BAG POLICY
The A's offer bag check to guests who may have items that are not allowed into the stadium, or whose bags dimensions exceed 16" x 16" x 8". Bag Check is located outside the stadium near D Gate, at the kiosk on the north side of the property. Bag Check opens when the stadium gates open until approximately the bottom of the 2nd inning. Bag Check will reopen near the top of the 7th inning and closes 20 minutes after the final out.
OAKLAND RAIDERS BAG POLICY
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into stadiums, NFL teams will implement an NFL policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into stadiums. To read the NFL policy, click here.
The NFL strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags. Beginning with preseason games, fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, package, or container at stadium plaza areas, stadium gates, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry into the stadium:
Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12." (Official NFL team logo clear plastic tote bags will be available through club merchandise outlets),
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar) or
Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with one of the clear plastic bags.
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Access to RingCentral Coliseum via Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) is available by exiting at the Coliseum/Airport BART Station on the Fremont/Richmond line and Dublin/Pleasanton line. There are additional ramps leading to the north lot (A Gate) and to the south lot (B Gate). BART service from the Coliseum runs with the last train leaving at approximately midnight. For the safety of our guests, ball retrievers are not permitted in the coliseum during A's games. Ball retrievers confiscated inside the Coliseum will not be returned.
BANNERS & SIGNS
RingCentral Coliseum Management reserves the right to remove any signs or banners at any time. Each sign and banner must comply with the guest code of conduct. Signs and banners may be displayed at games as long as:
They do not obstruct the sight line of another guest
They are not larger than 3' tall x 6' wide
They are not in the field of play.
They do not cover up any existing signage.
They are not commercial in nature.
They do not contain obscene or inflammatory language
They are not paraded around RingCentral Coliseum.
They are not in poor taste as determined in sole discretion of coliseum management.
RingCentral Coliseum management reserves the right to remove any bats from the stadium at any time. Baseball bats are permitted for autographs before the game only. Once the batting cage is pulled (45 min. before game time), all bats must be checked in at the Security Office in Section 126 for pick up after the game.
Bicycle parking is available below the flagpoles located in the north parking lot (near F Lot) and south parking lot (near E Lot).
For assistance and safety in the parking lots, RingCentral Coliseum provides bike patrol units at all games. Bike Patrol Officers will have the capacity to serve guests as escorts to their cars, contacting and locating AAA, and monitoring the parking lots.

For Oakland A's games:
The A's Ticket Services Office is on the Westside Plaza and is open Monday-Friday 10am - 4 pm and on game days beginning three (3) hours prior to game time until the middle of the 7th inning.
The Ticket Services Office is accessible from inside the stadium via the ramp behind Section 113 or Section 120, or from outside the stadium on the Westside Plaza, across from the Arena Box Office.
Ticket Services handles the following:
Situations that require re-seating.
Ticket related concerns.
Season Ticket exchanges and questions.
Problems that may arise with the ticket scan upon entry.
In order to avoid long lines, only day-of-game problems should be directed to Ticket Services. General ticket questions and purchases should be handled at the C and D Gate ticket windows outside the stadium. Persons inside the ballpark that wish to purchase Season Tickets and Group Tickets should visit the Ticket Sales table behind Section 114. Issues regarding promotional items and other non-ticket related problems should be directed to the Guest Services Office at section 126.
BROOMS, STICKS & POLES
For the safety of our guests, brooms, sticks and poles are not permitted at the coliseum. On days that the A's are going for a sweep, small whiskbrooms will be permitted. Brooms may not exceed four feet in height. No sticks, and/or metal poles of any type are permitted at any time.
Non-professional cameras with a lens under 3" are permitted in the Coliseum. Professional cameras of any kind are NOT permitted without the proper team-issued media credential.
Photographs taken at RingCentral Coliseum cannot be used for any commercial purposes. Camera bags are not permitted inside of the Coliseum.
If an event is cancelled please retain your ticket and return to the original point of purchase for refund.

CODE OF CONDUCT
RingCentral Coliseum, the Oakland Athletics and the Oakland Raiders want all fans attending an event to have a fun, safe and enjoyable experience. Please review the fan code of conduct for the Oakland Athletics and the Oakland Raiders listed below:
Oakland Athletics Code of Conduct:
The Oakland Athletics are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our staff has been trained to proactively intervene where necessary to help ensure a family entertainment environment:
Guests will follow the specified policies regarding carry-in items. Guests will allow any acknowledged representative at the gate of entrance to search items being brought into the stadium.
Guests will show their ticket when requested and sit only in their ticketed seat.
The progress of the game will not be disrupted by guests' actions or unauthorized persons entering the playing field.
Guests will enjoy the baseball experience free from foul/abusive language or obscene gestures.
Obscene or indecent clothing will not detract from the guest experience.
Guests will refrain from smoking in or near the coliseum. The stadium is a "Smoke Free" facility in accordance with O.M.C. 8.30.040. All types of smoking including e-cigarettes are prohibited on the property.
Guests will refrain from displays of affection not appropriate in a public, family setting.
Impaired or intoxicated guests will be handled in a prompt and safe manner.
The Oakland Athletics reserves unto itself the right to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior. Any guest that fails to comply with any of the above stated policies is subject to ejection from the stadium and/or arrest.
Oakland Raiders Code of Conduct:
Help us create the most fan-friendly environment in the NFL.
To ensure that all fans enjoy a safe, fan-friendly environment, all who enter RingCentral Coliseum and surrounding parking lots must obey this Code. Failure to do so may result in ejection, revocation of ticket privileges, and/or arrest. Season Ticket Holders are responsible for the actions of those using their tickets. The following actions are prohibited:
Fighting, taunting, or any action that may harm, endanger, threaten, or bring discomfort to anyone.
Actions that impair others' ability to enjoy the game, including mistreatment of other fans, verbal abuse. harassment, profanity, confrontation, intimidation, or threatening and irresponsible behavior.
Use of foul, abusive, or obscene language or gestures.
Any action that causes a disruption, creates an unsafe environment, or interferes with the game.
Sitting in a seat other than one's ticketed seat; loitering in concourses, aisles, tunnels or stairs; or any unauthorized use of disabled seating areas.
Possession of any illegal drugs.
Intoxication or other signs of alcohol or substance abuse impairment that results in irresponsible behavior.
Smoking anywhere in the Coliseum, which is prohibited by the Oakland Municipal Code. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers.
Damage, destruction, vandalism, or theft of any property.
Refusal to remove or turn inside-out clothing deemed offensive or obscene upon request by stadium personnel.
Failure to follow the directions of law enforcement, security, ushers, ticket takers, or any other stadium personnel, including refusal to submit to security screening, wanding, pat-down and search of your persons and belongings prior to entering the Coliseum.
Possession of any item listed on the Coliseum Prohibited Items List .
Guests who are found in violation of the Code of Conduct may be required to take a four hour online Fan Conduct course in order to re-enter RingCentral Coliseum for future games. Total cost of the online course is $250.

There are two concierge desks to accommodate our Suite and Club Seat Holders. One is located near the West Side Club entrance, directly behind section 217. The other is located in the East Side Club, directly behind section 242. All Suite Holders should check-in with the Concierge Desk for access to their suite.
The Season Ticket Services Office is located on the West Side of the coliseum between gates C and D, which is directly next to the West Side Club entrance.
DESIGNATED DRIVER PROGRAM
For Athletics Games:
Guests may sign up for the Designated Driver Program at any of the Guest Services Hubs located inside the stadium. The hubs can be found at Section 101, 134, and 217, as well as at the Guest Services Office at Section 126. Participants are asked to pledge to stay sober and be a designated driver for their party in exchange for a free soda to be redeemed during that day's game. Guests will also be entered into a raffle for a chance to win tickets to a 2018 World Series game or the 2019 MLB All-Star game. Guests must be 21 years old to participate in this program and to redeem the prizes.
For Raiders Games:
Pledge to be a designated driver at any Oakland Raiders home game by signing up at a designated driver booth and you will also receive a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage coupon redeemable at the game. Official rules are available at the designated driver booths. Designated driver booths are located at any of the guest services booths at gates A, B, C, and D. Fans will also have the ability to sign-up at the guest services booths located on the BART Plaza and directly outside the West Side Club Entrance.

Guests with tickets for sections 100-134, including Bleachers, should enter through C or D Gates. For access to sections 200-234 or Plaza Reserved, guests should use the Plaza Club Entrance, or either of the entrance gates (LL, MM) off the BART Plaza.
DISABLED ACCESS SEATING
Wheelchair accessible seats are available for sale throughout RingCentral Coliseum. With the exception of the bleachers, all disabled seating is reserved. Companion seating is available at all wheelchair seating areas. All seating is subject to availability. To purchase ADA seating for Oakland Raider games and coliseum concerts and family shows please contact Ticketmaster. For Oakland Athletics ADA seating please contact (877) 493-BALL. Guests who are inside the Coliseum and require reseating to accessible areas can be assisted by an Event Representative.

DROP OFF LOCATIONS
Guests can enter through the main 66th Avenue entrance to be directed to the drop off location. Guests can also be dropped off at the Coliseum BART Station, then walk across the pedestrian bridge to the Coliseum.
The Oakland Athletics, the Oakland Raiders, the MLB, the NFL, AEG or RingCentral Coliseum management, in their sole discretion, may refuse admission to or eject any ticket holder who is disorderly, uses vulgar or abusive language, throws objects, fights, impairs others' ability to enjoy the game, attempts to enter the playing field or who fails to comply with any RingCentral Coliseum policies or the terms printed on the reverse side of any admission ticket without any refund.
Additionally, when appropriate, revocation of season ticket privileges or arrest by law enforcement authorities will occur. By using any admission ticket and entering the coliseum, ticket holder expressly agrees to the terms and conditions printed on the reverse side of the ticket.
Please note that unauthorized sales activities of any kind are strictly prohibited within RingCentral Coliseum. Failure to comply will result in ejection.
Westside of the stadium: Three elevators provide guests with disabilities access to the Club Concourse area. These elevators are accessed via the Plaza Club Entrance across from Oracle Arena.
Eastside of the stadium: Three elevators provide guests with disabilities access to all levels of the Eastside seating area, including the Plaza Suites, Plaza Reserved, Eastside Club Suites and Eastside Loge Suites. These elevators are accessed via the Main Concourse at Section 143 or via the BART Plaza.
Field Level Sections: Wheelchair accessible seating located in the Lower Box or MVP Box, Row 20, can be reached via the elevator located in Section 101 near the right field corner. This elevator is staffed by a Guest Services Team Member who will assist guests as they access the Lower Cross Aisle from the Main Concourse.
In case of an emergency please notify the nearest usher or security guard, or visit the West Side Customer Accommodations Office. To report any conduct concerns on event day, text your message and location to (510) 500-8787. Stadium Personnel will confirm your message and respond as appropriate.
Should there be an immediate need to evacuate RingCentral Coliseum; fans will be given instructions via the public address system. It is recommended that you familiarize yourself with the two exits nearest to your seats.

RingCentral Coliseum strives to provide an entertaining and safe environment for all of our patrons. Fans who are found guilty of public intoxication, using offensive language, throwing objects or any other behavior deemed by Guest Services Representatives as disruptive or dangerous in nature are subject to ejection from the venue. The Oakland Athletics and Oakland Raiders also adhere to their respective league's Fan Code of Conduct, which sets forth expected standards of decorum for all fans attending games.
Guest services booths are located on the main concourse outside of section 128 and on the upper concourse outside of section 215.
If you need assistance, please contact the nearest Guest Services Representative, (i.e. ushers, ticket takers, and security) with any questions or concerns during a game or other event at the Oakland Coliseum. Guest services staff will assist you with any needs and will help direct you to services throughout the facilities.

LOST & FOUND
Lost and Found articles are left at Guest Services located on the Main Concourse outside of section 128 until the end of an event. LOST, STOLEN, DESTROYED, FORGOTTEN TICKETS
Lost, stolen, forgotten or destroyed concert and family show tickets should contact TicketMaster customer service at 1-800-462-2849.
Please note that any duplicated ticket issued will supersede the original for seating in Oracle Arena. Those using original tickets when duplicates have been issued will be questioned and denied entrance to Oracle Arena.

Merchandise stands can be found throughout the Coliseum and accept cash and credit cards.
Parking lots usually open two hours prior to the scheduled event time for all non-Athletics and non-Raiders events. Accessible parking is located in the first two rows of the parking lot, closest to Oracle Arena and RingCentral Coliseum. Parking spaces accommodating vans are also available. To gain access to accessible parking, proper vehicle registration is required as well as a current disabled placard with a matching identification card.
For concerts and family shows, parking costs $40 for cars and $85 for limousines and buses. Parking is first come first serve and can be paid at the gates.
For Oakland Athletics games, parking costs $30 for cars and $50 for limos and buses.
For Oakland Raiders games, parking costs $35 for cars and $75 for limos and buses.
Spaces to accommodate vehicles are restricted to 20 feet long x 8 ft wide. Vehicles larger than 20 feet long x 8 ft wide may be directed to the RV/Bus Lot if space is available and will be charged the oversized rate (with the exception of Raider games.)
Any vehicle wider than 8 ft. may be subject to additional parking fees.

The Coliseum BART station is located within convenient walking distance from Oracle Arena. Both BART and AC Transit make frequent stops at the Coliseum BART station, which is located on the east side of Oracle Arena and is connected to Oracle Arena via the overpass pedestrian bridge. No re-entry is permitted after you have exited RingCentral Coliseum turnstiles or gates. Please see a Guest Services Representative at the gate if you have extenuating circumstances.

RingCentral Coliseum staff is committed to ensuring a safe and fun environment for everyone. As a security measure, coolers, backpacks and other large bags are not allowed into the Coliseum. Venue staff will deny entry into the facility to those who carry any of the items mentioned until they are stored elsewhere by the ticket holder. RingCentral Coliseum will not assume the responsibility for the storage of any of these items.
No smoking of any kind is permitted in RingCentral Coliseum. Patrons who fail to comply with this policy may be subject to ejection from the venue. Contact a Guest Services Representative for assistance.

TICKET RE-SELLING POLICY
Oakland City Ordinance No. 7311 CMS, Section 6-3.19, prohibits the sale of tickets and any other articles (except at authorized ticket booths) within any public building, or on public grounds at Oracle Arena or Oakland Alameda County Coliseum and public parking lots adjacent thereto. Those found selling tickets on Oracle Arena or Oakland Alameda County Coliseum property are subject to arrest.
Ticket sales for concerts, family shows and special events can be accessed through Ticketmaster, or by making a visit to the Box Office.

The Bay Area Rapid Transit Coliseum Station is located on the East side of RingCentral Coliseum and is accessible by a pedestriam walk-over bridge, which connects Oakland Alameda County Coliseum to the BART station. For Oakland A's Games:
Uber and Lyft cars may drop guests off at Gates C and D prior to or during game time. Guests may be picked up by a ride sharing service in Parking Lot B immediately following the conclusion of the game.
For Non-Oakland A's events:
Uber and Lyft can proceed through the main entrance at 66th Avenue in the far west lane and be directed to the rideshare pick-up location.
Clearly-marked taxis can drop off at most places around the site. Taxis will be encouraged to enter Baldwin Gate and proceed to Taxi Stand for pickup (Taxis can also enter 66th)
AC Transit (Bus)
AC Transit services Alameda County. Patrons should take AC Transit to the Coliseum BART station and utilize the pedestrian walk-over bridge which connects the BART station to Oakland Alameda County Coliseum. Parking for patrons with disabilities is located in the first two (2) rows of the parking lot closest to Oracle Arena and Oakland Alameda County Coliseum. Auto Drop Off & Pick Up Areas
During events, our disabled drop-off and pick-up area is located on the North and South ramps leading up to the Plaza. The Plaza is the area between Oracle Arena and Oakland Alameda County Coliseum where the Arena 's Box Office is located. Disabled guests may also be dropped off or picked up in front of Gates C & D at Coliseum.
